Abstract
It is well known that physi cal ac ti vity has an ana bo lic ef fect to bo ne tis sue. In order to de ter mi ne the in fl u en ce of dif fe rent types of physi cal ac ti vity to the bo ne mi ne ral den sity we ha ve exa mi ned a gro up of boys and girls. All of the su bjects we re in pre puber tal age at the early sta ge of ac hi e ving in di vi dual ma xi mum bo ne mass. Bo ne mi ne ral pa ra me ters of left and right cal ca ne us we re exa mi ned by Sa ha ra bo ne so no me ter (Ho logic Inc., MA, USA). Ac cor ding to the re sults, we con clu de that dif fe rent types of physi cal ac ti vity ha ve dif fe rent in fl u en ce on bo ne mi ne ral den sity at pre pu ber tal age. Physi cal ac ti vity at pre pu ber tal age is very be ne fi cial and sho uld be sup por ted.
