ANALIZA WIZERUNKOWEJ SYTUACJI KRYZYSOWEJ NA PRZYKŁADZIE MARKI KITKAT FIRMY NESTLE

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania wizerunkiem przedsiębiorstwa, szczególnie wizerunkową sytuacją kryzysową. Ten aspekt zarządzania organizacją przeanalizowany został na przykładzie problemów wizerunkowych koncernu Nestlé. Zatem autor przedstawił źródła oraz elementy kampanii przeciwko firmie oraz jej reakcję na stawiane zarzuty. W dalszej części wskazano podstawowe zasady postępowania, do których powinno stosować się każde przedsiębiorstwo podchodzące w sposób profesjonalny do zarządzania wizerunkową sytuacją kryzysową.
