Analiza wykorzystania wybranych narzędzi komunikacji z pasażerami w systemach komunikacji miejskiej

Abstract
The article discusses the results of the analysis of the websites of operators of public transport in selected cities in Poland. There the number of visits and the time spent on the site during one session were analyzed. The functionality and possibility of using the most popular mobile applications dedicated to public transport passengers in the examined cities were also analyzed. The results of the research show that level of customer service in the field of communication with passengers varies in different cities.
