ANALYSIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF TRADE IN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND WAYS OF IT’S IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the basic principles of legal regulation of trade in alcoholic products industry, researches and identifies main ways how to improve the regulation of business activity in the field of trade in alcoholic beverages. For this target, main stages and methods of state regulation in the sphere of economic activity were studied. Proposals of improvement the application of existing regulatory tools based on the experience of European countries were created.
