ANALYSIS OF LEVEL OF PHYSICAL TRAINING CYCLISTS IN PRE-HIKING PERIOD

Abstract

The main aspects of the pre-hike training of cyclists for a multi-day category sports bike trip are considered. The state of physical preparedness of bicyclists in the beginning and at the end of the pre-hike period is analyzed.
