Abstract

The use of statistical methods makes it possible to understand the nature, degree and causes of variability, which contributes to both solving and preventing problems caused by such variability. Such methods are extremely important in order to effectively manage the processes of the organization and allow better use of available data for decision-making, contributing to improving the quality of products (services) and processes of the organization, as well as achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction. Statistical methods are used at the stages of market research, design, development, production (provision of services), verification, installation and maintenance [1].
