Analysis of the current state of development of the problem of professional-oriented training of future foreign language teachers

Abstract
The article deals with analysis of the current state of development of the problem of professional-oriented training of future foreign language teachers. Modernization processes in education puts forward a set of problems which pedagogical science has to solve. Professional-oriented training of future foreign language teachers can be named among such problems. Its relevance is determined by the pragmatic direction of the transformational processes in the system of education. The analysis of scientific research has revealed that the researchers considered various aspects of the problem of professional-oriented training of future foreign language teachers, but this issue is still insufficiently researched. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of development of the problem of professional-oriented training of future foreign language teachers. In the course of research it is found out that the priority in the training of future specialists is the level of formation of not only knowledge, skills and competences, but also competences in accordance with the standards of higher education, which ensures the successful performance of professional duties. It is defined, that modern concept of the development of Ukraine’s education in general, and for future foreign language teachers in particular, provides for the content of professional-oriented education based on new professional standards which are developed on a competence basis. The requirements for the profession should be taken into account in the standard and programs of professional training of future foreign language teachers. In accordance with these requirements professional-oriented training, which is able to meet the needs of the modern labor market should be taken into account. Such kind of approach will make it possible the professional-oriented training of specialists who can “adapt” to the labor market, that is, to become competitive. In the course of analysis, it is revealed that the works, analyzed and mentioned in the article, constitute the background in the context of the problem of the formation of future foreign language teachers in the process of their professional training. Scientific researches concerning the formation of linguistic-and-methodological competence of future foreign language teachers require further study and analysis.
