Analyzing Motivational factors on staff retention in Khuzestan Payam-Noor University

Abstract
In this study it has studied and identified the motivational factors on survival of staff in Payam-Noor University (PNU) of Khuzestan. To obtaining the purpose of study it was used descriptive research method and questionnaire that the researchers were made it. The reliability and validity of questionnaire was 0.95. The findings suggest that factors such as job development, job security, salary, and welfare services have a large impact on the retention of staff in the university.
