ANDRAGOGIC MODEL OF MIXED LEARNING IN TECHNOLOGY TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract
The research analyzes theoretical aspects of simulation of the system of mixed learning of technology teachers in postgraduate education. The requirements for the model as a concept of the investigated phenomenon are determined. The organizational model of the system of mixed teaching of technology teachers in postgraduate education is substantiated. The content of the structural components of the model and its components is characterized. The presented andragogical model of mixed teaching of technology teachers in the system of postgraduate education involves the use of information and communication technologies and reflects the current state of development of the theory and methods of using ICT in education.
