ANTHROPOCENTRISM IN THE STATE MECHANISM: ANALISIS OF MODERN DOCTRINAL APPROACHES IN LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the views of modern scholars on the determination of the place (condition) and the status of a person in the state mechanism. The main attention is focused on a thematic generalization of common approaches. The systematization of approaches highlighted the basis of anthropocentrism in the state mechanism, defined the concept of the state mechanism and its legal component, established the place of human person, his status, human factor, discretion and their impact on the functioning of the state mechanism.
