APPLICATION OF FIDIC CONTRACTS IN UKRAINE: STATE, ISSUES, PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article describes the state of FIDIC contracts implementation in Ukraine. The paper reveals the problems affecting the application of contracts and, as a consequence, the development of the construction industry and the state economy as a whole. The classification of contracts has been analyzed depending on the volume of liabilities. The advantages and guarantees of concluding a single contract have been revealed. Proposals on the prospects for applying FIDIC contracts in the construction industry of Ukraine have been formulated.
