Application of FLUENT in simulating changes of
pollutant concentration in students’ dormitory
Journal Title: Science Paper Online - Year 2008, Vol 3, Issue 5

Abstract

Using numerical simulation technology to model the indoor environment is helpful for analyzing and evaluating the indoor micro-environment formed by air flow. FLUENT is used in this study to simulate the changes of pollutant concentration in students’ dormitory. The result shows that the present furnishing pattern of students’ dormitory needs to be improved, and the simulation provides a theoretical basis for the improvement.
