APPLICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract
The problem of the direct effect of the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement is analyzed. In the article the author carried out a scientific analysis of the provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of intellectual property. The question arises as to the necessity of amending the national legislation in accordance with the Association Agreement.
