Approaches to Improving of the Organizational and Economic Mechanisms of Housing Reconstruction in the Region

Abstract
The main elements of the organizational and economic mechanisms of the housing stock reconstruction in the region are analyzes in the article. The organizational factors of inefficient use of reserves to increase the volume of the housing stock reconstruction in the region and the directions of stabilization are identified. Based on the analysis of international experience, the using of alternative sources of financing of reconstruction projects, such as public funds and grant funds has been suggested.
