ARE EFFECTIVE IN POLAND THE CENTRAL ANTICORRUPTION OFFICE AND JUDICIAL IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION?

Abstract
Discussing important aspects affecting the efficiency of action of the Central Anticorruption Office and its cooperation with courts is a purpose of the article in fighting the corruption. Presented issues in the article are throwing a new look at the effectiveness analysis of the fight against corruption which one should consider not only through the prism of the evaluation of very Central Anticorruption Bureau. The Lack of effective chasing the discussed occurrence has its causes both in not-clarified provisions of the law, bureaucracy of the judiciary, activity based on political pressures, as well as the hidden income of former services the Polish People’s Republic for the inhibition of some matters concerning the corruption. Cooperation the Central Anticorruption Bureau with the judiciary isn’t included in strong points of the anticorruption politics. The Central Anticorruption Bureau admittedly just enough efficiently is returning individual matters to courts, but the ones they unfortunately are suppressing fast sentencing the guilty. Here a law full of loopholes and vague connections deciding about discontinuing proceedings which in the first row should be brought to a conclusion aren’t helping. Even though a lot times are being said, that the Polish judiciary for years requires the root and branch reform, in practice only a change of authorities in 2015 gave chances to taking it.<br/><br/>
