ARMED CONFLICTS: ENUMERATING AND CORRELATION WITH THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The concept of «war» is defined, and its quantitative characteristics are presented, as well as the factors shaping the social image of war. Forms of modern conflicts called DIME-conflicts are considered and implemented in two forms: hybrid and network-centric. The essence of the concept of «hybrid war» is considered and is described as such a kind of armed conflict that combines traditional military actions, small war and cyberwar. The ways of active economic struggle are determined, among them: economic intelligence; struggle for strategic markets; the struggle in the sphere of military-economic training; undermine the economic potential of the rival and protecting its own economic base and infrastructure. It was found out that for the crisis time the most effective type is the mobilization development strategy.
