As to the mandatory membership of the notaries in the Notary Chamber of Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On the notary» concerning professional self-governance of the notaries. The principle of compulsory membership of state and private notaries in the special all-Ukrainian professional association – the Notary Chamber of Ukraine – is explored.
