Assessment of a financial condition in a context of realization of dividend policy of corporation

Abstract
The article reviews the features of existing approaches and methods of forming the corporation's dividend policy and assess its financial condition, offered an effective model of corporate dividend policy in a dynamic environment which will enhance its viability in a longterm period.
