ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF FINANCIAL PROVISION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of this theme is to substantiate the system of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the management of the formation and efficient use of financial resources of agricultural enterprises, adequate to new market conditions, which ensures their stable functioning and economic progress. Methodology of research. The following methods are used to achieve this goal in the study: the method of economic and statistical analysis (research of financial resources of agricultural enterprises), the method of analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign economists (for comparative characteristics), abstract and logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions). Findings. It is substantiated that the form of financial provision is determined by the form of movement of financial resources and provision of guarantees, therefore financial provision may have external appearance in monetary, financial and commodity form and additionally act in the form of guarantees. It is revealed that all of these forms of financial provision are equal and equivalent, manifestations of a single economic substance of financial provision. They are internally interconnected and complementary. It has been established that the specificity of agriculture and agricultural production, its long period leads to the need in attracting funds. This will eliminate the risk of suspension of the production process in the absence of funds for the purchase of working capital. In this case, the loan should act as an economic lever and a source of involved financial resources. Credit resources are used to provide an enterprise with sufficient financial resources. Originality. The theoretical and methodical approach of improvement of financial providing system on the basis of comparative characterization of researches of foreign scientists is proposed. Practical value. The practical significance of the results of the study is determined by the possibility of improving the financial indicators of agricultural enterprises in the context of strengthening the financial state.
