Atypical employment as a form of realization of the right to work

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence of non-typical employment, which is a manifestation of expanding the scope of labor law. The author concluded that relations between the user-organization and the employee are labor-legal and should be governed by labor law. Relations between the agency and the user organization can be regulated by civil law, but the question of the distribution of rights and obligations of the employer between the agency and the user, which are provided for in the contract on the provision of employee labor, should be governed by labor law.
