AUTHORITY OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF THE CONTROL FOR PARTICIPANTS OF TRADES AND EMITENTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of realization by the stock exchanges of Ukraine of economic powers in the form of control over issuers and participants of trade. Characterized means of realization of control powers by the stock exchange; features of the listing are analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of listing conditions in the Ukrainian stock market and in leading foreign markets was conducted.
