AUTOMATED NMR-RELAXOMETRY FOR CONTROL OF PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

Abstract

In this work we show the possibility of using of nuclear magnetic resonance at low magnetic fields for the purpose of establishing a system of automated process of control and quality of dairy products.
