Data management has received money effort and attention from many sectors including healthcare. One of the best ways to improve hospital management is to implement electronic health records (EHR). EHRs make patient data accessible and easy to handle helping emerging nations' healthcare systems improve by digitalizing numerous sectors. Despite EHR systems' progress and assistance to the health sector several issues arise during implementation including medical professionals' manual typing difficulties software usability and medical staff support for effective implementation. This study examines the most common EHR adoption barriers from multiple empirical perspectives. Among these issues keyboard typing and medical staff system utilization confusion are major. This evaluation seeks to identify the root causes of typing and medical staff support challenges that impede EHR rollout. This insight will enable appropriate ways to boost ASR system acceptance and demand. Empirical discussion has centered on how this technology may improve quality data production cognitive load optimization and medical time management.
