АУТСОРСИНГ В УПРАВЛІННІ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ: СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН

Abstract
Розглянуто види аутсорсингу, які існують у сучасній практиці діяльності підприємств. Подано форми здійснення аутсорсингових операцій залежно від того, якою мірою аутсорсингова компанія бере участь у господарській діяльності підприємства-замовника. Проведено кількісний та якісний аналіз діяльності українських аутсорсингових компаній. Досліджено, які бізнес-процеси передають компанії- замовники аутсорсерам; протягом якого терміну який замовники користуються послугами залученого персоналу, яких ефектів вони при цьому досягають. Вивчено основні переваги та недоліки використання аутсорсингу в управлінні персоналом. З'ясовано, що, використовуючи послуги аутсорсингових компаній, підприємство- замовник у результаті підвищує свою конкурентоспроможність на ринку.
