Availability of Roztocze Region for tourism to physical disability persons

Abstract
The geographical location, the richness of nature, multiculturalism and infrastructure intensively developing in recent years – make Roztocze attractive for touristic. Based on these qualities „Roztocze” – offers products for domestic and foreign tourists, such as: nature trail, educational and cognitive path, recreational and active forms of adventure tourism. The interest of recreation in that area increases and recently have been designated tourist path (hiking, biking, kayaking and horse riding) with varying levels of difficulty leading through the most attractive places. An educational trail have been designed also in areas of high natural value. The principles of sustainable development, among them: the protection of the natural environment, historical sites and monuments as well as concern about the interests and development of local community must be taken into account at the stage of determination, organization and use of trails. Very important is the trails availability, especially for people with physical disabilities for which to stay in Roztocze nature have also therapeutic effect. The priority of the anti-discrimination politic is to build a barrier-free environment for people with disabilities. Development of tourism should take into account this priority. However, the range of acceptable interference with the natural environment is a main problem. This paper evaluates the availability of Roztocze Region tourist routes for people with limited mobility, due to damage of the movement system. The results of our observations are aimed to draw attention of the organizers on the particular needs of disabled tourists. As well as the necessity to nature protect resulting from the availability of trails for all concerned. The researches – method of direct observation – were carried out in 2014 and 2015 year during the summer tourist season. The observations were conducted in the most important touristic spots of Roztocze: Susiec, Józefów, Krasnobród, Zwierzyniec, Nowiny, Długi Kąt and Górecko Kościelne. They are a touristic fast-growing spots and they represent the most important starting point for majority of tourist path in Roztocze.
