Abstract
The problems of building management structure of the manufacturing sector, operating in the area of responsibility of the municipality, have indicated. By analogy with the project management system of the holding structure, an approach to the organization of the influence of the management environment of the municipality on the manufacturing sector in the area of its responsibility has proposed. The expediency of using the project management system, built into the management environment of the municipality on the base of a universal automated computer information and analytical system, has been noted. Practical examples of real projects, on the base of which, the presented methodology of restructuring of the project management system has been debugged, have given.
