新型含B耐火钢的性能及组织特征研究

Abstract
应用光学显微镜(OM)、场发射扫描电子电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等技术,对含B耐火钢试验钢的力学性能和常温、600℃回火、高温拉伸状态的组织结构进行了研究,分析了合金元素B、V在耐火钢中的作用。研究结果表明:①合金元素B促进贝氏体的形成。在含Mo 质量浓度为0.15%的钢中添加提高淬透性的合金元素B,通过控制适当的工艺条件,可以获得综合性能良好的耐火钢;②含B耐火钢组织的基本特征是先共析铁素体+粒状贝氏体/粒状组织的混合组织,粒状贝氏体或粒状组织中的M-A岛是保证耐火钢具有良好的高温性能的基本组织;③耐火钢中添加V,有利于提高钢的高温性能。
