Balance of the development of the financial market and the new economy as a strategy for successful socio-economic changes in Ukraine

Abstract
In article is analyzed the relationship that is the basis for development of new type of economy and financial market. Also is shown the importance of balancing of such relationship as strategic direction because the applied narrow focus and non-systematic character of innovations in each separate sphere can’t guarantee the positive effect of social and economic reforms. Underlined the basic role of new economy as the paradigm for deeper understanding of complex nature of processes that are performed on financial market for its future development.
