Abstract
The thesis is dedicated to theoretical motivation and methodical ensuring development of business integrated structure management system shaping, oriented on balanced scorecard using. Referent model of balanced scorecard introducing is designed. Toolbox of balanced scorecard introducing is advanced. The particularities of measurement strategic systems using are considered. The structuring of efficiency factors is organized.
