BASES OF FORMING REGIONAL INNOVATION POLICY OF EU MEMBER STATES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the basic principles concerning the formation and development of regional innovation policy of the EU countries. Priority directions of regional innovation policy are defined. Approaches to the formation of innovation infrastructure are highlighted. Dominant characteristics of innovation systems of the EU Member States are summarised.
