BEST PRACTICES OF THE USE OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SERVICE CENTERS OF THE MIA

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the practice of using modern automated systems in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in particular interactive resources with the ability to display in real time the committed offenses, localization and positioning of forces and assets of the National Police and others. On the example of the Single Service and Analytical Center of Mariupol, Donetsk region, established under the Main Police Directorate in Donetsk region, the best practices of using automated systems in the activities of the National Police were reviewed. Measures are proposed to improve the use of automated systems in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in particular regulatory support. It was proposed to adopt the order «On approval of the Instruction on the formation of the ITT subsystem custodyrecords» in the Information Portal of the National Police of Ukraine».
