Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the significant labor rights of workers – the right to safe and healthy working conditions. It is concluded that guaranteeing safe and healthy working conditions, preventing occupational diseases and occupational injuries, eliminating harmful production factors is a priority task of the state. The right to safe and healthy working conditions is realized through its protection as a system for ensuring the safety of life and health of workers in the process of labor activity. For the implementation of the right of labor to the protection of labor, the state carries out public administration in the field of labor protection, supervision and control of compliance with labor protection legislation and establishes liability for violations of legislation in this area.
