Abstract
Abstract: Republic Belarus is a state occupying the special significance on a geopo-litical map of Europe. Bordering both with the European Union and North Atlantic Alliance, Belarus is located in an area of globalpower influences of the Russian Fed-eration, which in great measure is determining the security and defence policy of the Republic. Studying assumptions for her ideas and dynamics of the implementa-tion’s process is essential from the European security and the Polish raison d'état point of view.
