[b][i]Wolności obywatela a prywatyzacja zadań publicznych państwa[/i][/b]

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono rozważania nad możliwością wpływu własności na wolność jednostek. Podstawą są doświadczenia państwa feudalnego, w ramach którego przekazana została właścicielom tworząca relacje poddaństwa pełnia władzy publicznej nad mieszkańcami dóbr feudalnych. Własność pozwoliła zatem na uzależnienie większości społeczeństwa nie od państwa, a od feudałów - właścicieli.Współcześnie podstawowym dobrem nie jest juz nieruchomość, lecz informacja. Można zatem zastanawiać sie, czy i dziś nie grozi nam powstanie podobnej relacji, w kt6rej właściciel tzw. własności intelektualnej służącej do pozyskiwania i operowania informacja, nie uzyskuje pozycji umożliwiających ograniczanie wolności jednostki, m. in. przez ograniczanie tzw. praw podstawowych.
