BODIES OF LAND OF SLOV’ANOSERBSKY DISTRICT AND PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE TO ITS RESIDENTS

Abstract
On the base of analysis of sources and literature, the author describes the activity of Zemstvo government in the development of medical Slov’anoserbsky district. It is emphasized that the donations of Zemstvo assemblies and help society were the main sources of medical founding. It is noted that Zemstvo’s played a crucial role in the development of system health protection Slov’anoserbsky district. Moreover, they won the trust of local residents, found the opportunity to interact with different social segments as for health care organization as well as shaped the active and efficient updated health care system. The priority in development of the projects of Zemstvo medical organization belongs precisely to them.
