Bone anchored hearing aids in hearing loss – consensus

Abstract
In this review authors presented up to date indications for implantable hearing aids. This consensus was elaborated by a team of outstanding polish surgeons and audiologists and was accepted by the board of the Polish Otolaryngologist Society. In this article the indications audiology diagnostic, surgical issues and postoperative management are presented.
