多孔分散微结构混合器中流动及其<br /> 混合性能的CFD模拟<br />

Abstract

在对多孔分散微结构混合器内流动现象进行分析的基础上,选择标准的k-ε模型和多环境模型,以商业CFX软件为基本工具,建立了模拟多孔分散微结构混合器的几何模型,对于孔半径为10,20,30,50,70 μm的微结构混合器内的流动、混合性能进行了模拟,并利用模拟结果讨论了孔径、流速等因素对于混合性能的影响规律。
