BUDGET EXPENDITURES AS A LEGAL CATEGORY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of budget expenditures. Location of expenditures in the horizontal structure of the budget is indicated, key approaches to understanding of the term «budget expenditures» are analyzed, author’s definition of the «budget expenditures» as a legal category is given.
