Budget expenditures in providing of social development

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the role of budgetary expenditures in social development. The economic essence of budget expenditures in the socio-economic development of the country is revealed. It has been established that budget expenditures are an important instrument of economic growth, an indicator of the socio-economic policy of the state. Each country defines the structure of budget expenditures on the basis of current expenditures and priorities of state development. An analysis of expenditures in foreign countries has shown that the effectiveness of their use is the basis of economic growth, the measure of citizens.
