Carcinome adénoïde kystique de la glande de Bartholin : A propos d’un cas

Abstract
Le carcinome adénoïde kystique de la glande de Bartholin est une tumeur rare représentant 10 à 15 % des cancers de la glande de Bartholin et caractérisés par leur croissance lente et leur évolution imprévisible. Ils posent un problème de diagnostic différentiel avec les kystes et les abcès de la glande de Bartholin. Le traitement repose essentiellement sur la vulvectomie et le curage inguino-fémoral. Nous rapportons un cas de carcinome adénoïde kystique de la glande de Bartholin découvert chez une patiente âgée de 45 ans suite à une marsupliation indiquée pour un kyste de la glande de Bartholin et qui était traité par une vulvectomie totale et un curage inguino-fémoral bilatéral .
