CAUSAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL CONNECTIONS IN THE GENESIS OF UKRAINIAN SOCIETY: THE INVERSION OF IDEAS

Abstract
The article studies the process of introducing the idea of the so-called just socialist society in the Soviet state on the basis of a philosophical and legal analysis of regularities. Proceeding from this, the transitional-inversion processes are justified as the way to the embodiment of the idea of civil society in Ukraine through democracy in the form of a system of public self-government.
