CCAHP: A New Method for Group Decision Making Application on Supply Chain Dashboard Design
Journal Title: International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development (IJMPERD ) - Year 2018, Vol 8, Issue 2
Abstract
The effective resolution of a problem that concerns several actors requires first of all the involvement of every actor in the choice of the appropriate solution which must be commonly accepted in order to facilitate its implementation. As a result, group decision-making must incorporate a consensus reaching process. In this study, we introduce CCAHP Collaborative and Clustering Analytic Hierarchy ProcessĀ» method which is a hybrid form of the multi-criteria analysis method AHP that integrates together artificial intelligence and collective intelligence. Then we apply the proposed method to build a dashboard for supply chain risk and performance management (SCRPM), which allow managing performance (under performance: "normal risks") on one side, and on the other managing abnormal risks (disruption, incidents, etc.).
