Cd处理下两种土壤中白菜Cd、Zn吸收<br /> 与器官分配的生育期变化<br />

Abstract
白菜是南方的主要食用叶菜类蔬菜, 关于其Cd吸收积累特点及土壤、品种及其交互作用的影响了解尚少。本文采用盆栽实验研究了两个白菜(Brassica Chinensis L.) 品种四月慢(SYM)和高梗白(GGB)与在添加Cd (2mgCd/kg土) 贺不添加Cd处理下对两种土壤中Cd、Zn的吸收及其生育期变化。结果表明:(1)白菜对Cd、Zn的吸收积累受土壤、品种和外源Cd的影响,两种白菜品种Cd的吸收能力不同, 品种四月慢为高Cd吸收品种而高梗白为低Cd品种,外加Cd处理、土壤、品种间的正交互作用使白菜植株Cd/Zn成数十倍提高; (2)作为白菜食用器官的茎叶的Cd/Zn并不服从于植株对Cd、Zn的总吸收量之比, 而是取决于其在根和茎叶中的分配,Cd茎叶分配系数在56.3%~71.1%, 而Zn则在79.0%~80.6%, Cd处理下茎叶Cd分配系数下降, 而 Zn分配系数无明显变化,从而使白菜植株茎叶中Cd/Zn比减小, Cd积累的食用健康风险性降低; (3)两白菜品种Cd和Zn的吸收动态随生育期不同而异,在苗期和生育后期呈现出一个Cd吸收积累相对较快的阶段,而Zn的吸收积累能力自苗期后缓慢降低。这种差异使收获时Cd/Zn升高,这在加Cd处理下红壤中表现尤其明显, 这提高了后期白菜的食物Cd暴露的潜在风险。
