CERTIFICATION WITHIN UNIVERSITY LEVEL EDUCATION AS MAJOR FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE DEGREE OF ICT-PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
This article shall be regarded to the providence with information and communication technologies (ICT) experts, who have necessary competence. It is proposed the use of European framework of ICT-competence in order to organize process-competence approach for training and use of certified courses with an aim for creating syllabus.
