Challenges and solutions in the accounting management of Ecuadorian social insurance

Abstract
The following investigation aims to analyze the deficiencies of the administrative and hospital regulations in the Ecuadorian health system, which is why it seeks to clarify the problems that need to be identified to strengthen the quality and efficiency of medical care in the country, it was used a quantitative research method since they collected data through surveys applied to health professionals and patients in different health care centers in Ecuador. The sample consisted of a random selection of representative participants from various health institutions in the country. Geographic diversity and the different levels of medical care were taken into account to guarantee transparency in the interpretation of results, representing a need to implement administrative and hospital regulations to guarantee equitable access to quality services and strengthen patient safety
