CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF MODERN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Dynamic changes in the business environment creates a need to revise the existing paradigms of organization and management theory in order to achieve a higher degree of performance of modern organization. The evolution of business organizations is directed to the introduction of such solutions in organization which will be able to assimilate the opportunities and overcome the risks of permanent changes in the environment. Overview of changes in the organization of modern enterprises is an important foundation for further reflections on their directions. These considerations allow to identify currently unfolding slowdown in the pace of development of civilization, which may affect the ability to create entirely new organizational forms, but we still should underline the important role of scientific, technical and organizational support for the creation of new organizational forms and treat it as a key determinant of organizational changes.
