CHANGES IN THE POLISH AGRICULTURAL BUDGET FOR 2017

Abstract
The purpose of the analyzes was to indicate the quantitative and qualitative changes that took place in the expenditures of the budgetary act for 2017 in the sections on agriculture, rural development, agricultural markets, together with the ASIF and the Budget of the European Funds in comparison with the previous year. It is reasonable to conclude that after many years of relatively consistent national agricultural policy, the legislator’s approach to financing many agricultural sectors has been noticeable. One may ask whether we are dealing with renationalisation of expenditure in the National Agricultural Budget, in the condition of a falling pool of funds from the Budget of the European Funds or not yet.<br/><br/>
