Characteristic features of uncompanying crimes

Abstract
The article examines the signs and types of unfinished crime. Identified the main types of complex single crimes. Characteristics of the completed and unfinished attempts are given. Examples of continuing and continuing crimes are highlighted and given. The article also distinguishes between voluntary refusal and an unfinished crime.
