CHARACTERISTICS OF APPLICATION OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND PROTECTION OF THE LAW OF CO-AUTHORSHIP

Abstract
The article examines the civil-law relations of co-authorship, civil-law ways of defense and protecting of relations of co-authorship. A concise analysis of the gaps in legislative acts concerning the regulation of civil-law relations, which are compiled in the field of copyright between coauthors. The conclusion is made on the necessity of amendments to special legislative acts regulating the co-authorship of copyright objects.
