Abstract
Pyelonephritis has a negative effect on the course of pregnancy and the state of the fetus, which is manifested in the risk of miscarriage, premature birth, placental insufficiency, fetal hypoxia, intrauterine infection, preeclampsia, and the complex course of the adaptation period.
